Cancellation Policy
Life happens, schedules shift, and plans occasionally wander off on their own- and that is okay. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I simply ask for advance notice (24 hours) so that I may offer that time to another guest who may be waiting.
This policy helps keep things fair, balanced, and running smoothly for everyone involved. No guilty feelings or awkwardness, just clean communication and understanding.
If 3 or more cancellations occur per calendar year you may be subject to pay a non refundable deposit of 25% to book your next appointment. This deposit will go towards the cost of the service.
No Call, No Show
If an appointment is missed without prior notice, 50% of the service cost will be charged. As a one person studio, missed appointments have a big impact, so this fee cannot be applied as a deposit for future services. Thank you so much for understanding and support supporting my small business!
